How do I register for a Property Hub account if my username already exists?

There may be a few reasons why you are seeing this error message:

• Your username is in use by some else: In this case, please create a different username by adding a number or changing the spelling slightly. 
• You are using the same username for your RP Data account: In this case, please select that you are an existing user on the registration page. Read this article to learn more about logging in as an existing user.
